The chalet's warmth and cleanliness provided a cozy retreat after a long day exploring Hakuba.The spacious layout and family-friendly amenities made our stay truly enjoyable. The property's quiet location on the outskirts of the village was perfect for some quality family time. The expansive child-friendly yard was a big hit with my little ones, who happily played outdoors while we relaxed on the deck.Despite the lack of snow during our visit, the staff's efforts to enhance our experience were commendable.
